We saw primarily three different species of centipedes... and they were every where. This was the prettiest.

It looks like this cat track has toe nails but they aren't lined up on the pads. We were guessing bobcat... the consensus at work is Mountain Lion based on the size of the print.
Snails on bear scat aren't as likely to get picked up as the ones that have finished eating and wandered off.

I looked up animal tracks and scat on the web ... seems like bear poop and mountain lion paw print are most likely. Whew! My friends can't believe it when we say the shelter had only three walls and NO DOOR!
Too bad we didn't get a photo of the bear-or-boar digs, too!
