Pinewood derby grows up but only a little bit. Sunil's age group didn't get to use the ramp, they pushed each other around on the flat.

I typed too soon. After the meeting was over the smaller boys were allowed to try the ramp. It was a big hit but even with the lift the cubmobiles coasted less than 50 feet.
