Comcast

Our cable connection went on the fritz last week (both internet and TV) and the best Comcast could manage was 10 days for a repair man to come out. So we cancelled both services. We are getting a satellite dish Tuesday anyway and the TV we were getting wasn't worth the effort. However less than 24 hours after the Sharmas put in their request for a new internet connection the guys had come out and installed it. Of course to do that he had to replace the damaged line so now we have both service again. Even the technician said that the company only cares about bringing in new business.
