Dinner cruise on Lake Lewisville
Sid's brother-in-law, Brian, won a dinner cruise for four on Lake Lewisville but was unable to get here for the night. Brian and Sushama live in Longview which is about two hours away. We got the cruise by default. The boat was basically a two-story party barge that had seen better days. It held about 50 people, half either worked at the radio station (the Word, 100.7 Christian Talk Radio) or were paid sponsors of the radio station, the other half off us were winners. The dinner was catered from Johnny Carino's Country Italian and was great. The weather was perfect. I enjoyed a chair massage and we won tickets to Six Flags.

So, will you default the Six Flags tickets back to Brian and Sushuma?

Nope. They have to be used on July 14 or 15, so Sis and his folks will take the kids on that Thursday while I go to work. Sheela won a free ticket through school this year so it will work out well.
If we'd won a free t-shirt we'd have given it back to Brian. the radio station was 100.7, the WORD, Christian Talk Radio.
