The sun surpassed

Comet Holmes is now the largest thing in our solar system even larger in diameter than the sun by only a few hundred million miles.  I'll have to take a closer look this evening to see what I can see from here.

I should clarify that the corona is larger, not the core.

We've been watching it; then we had rain (Yay! We've been in the extreme drought mode for awhile, so that is a good thing). Will look again tonight.
