Micky-D's goes upscale

Believe it or not this is one of our local area McDonalds. Sunil and I stopped in for a bite on Sunday after Sheela's soccer game. The entire restaurant is decorated in hunter green (marble, paisley and plaid) and cherry wood. The lights are wall sconces and chandeliers. It was very elegant and more than a little bit strange.

OK - that Micky D's is pretty cool. It actually looks...CLASSY.

I hate to admit it, but I like eating at the Golden Arches - for all the bad I know, I STILL like it!

I hope you all have a good time with your Dad and Eileen. Say, "Hi" for me (and Brian says, "Hi", too).

PS - I still admire your sociability!

I have never recovered from the traumatic McDonalds' experiences of my childhood. I still can't force myself to eat one of their burgers.
