Ike

Ike did do some damage in Texas this weekend but it wasn't near us.  A ton of scheduled activities were cancelled "just in case" including fencing and Cub Scout Leader training.  Other items went on as planned including middle school football games.  I love that the indoor stuff was called off but they made the kids play in the rain.  All we had here was moderate, for a storm, wind gusts and rain.  The heavy rain only lasted about an hour.  By Sunday it was beautiful.  Even today it is still sunny and cool.  It feels like fall.
