I've given up trying to convince Sid that wine does not cool down any faster in the freezer than it does in the fridge. He's convinced it does. So once again we froze a bottle of wine. This time a Texas Sweet Moscato he's been meaning to try. It turns out I'm not a fan of this one, but it never had a chance. Your basic thawed wine is undoubtedly less appealing than your freshly chilled wine.
